I got my order but something isn't quite right.

Let us know right away! We take care to make sure you get our best work, but if you are dissatisfied in any way please email us right away at support@shinerphoto com with a picture (or more) of any quality concern. We will make it right. If a problem appears to have occurred during the shipping process, please retain all packaging in case an inspection from the shipping company has to occur.
